Listening to our clients is the key – we are here to advise and guide you to a successful Selling Experience – and the first step is hearing you and understanding your goals and expectations. While we will discuss and unpack what has been happening locally – and recently – with comparable sales analysis and market metrics, we also understand that every home is unique – and the story of your home is part of its integral value. 


We are not just Selling a property – we are extending an invitation to the Buyers – we are inviting them into their new home, a place where some of the most important moments of their lives will unfold. 


We will take our time when reviewing the Listing Agreement – we want all of our clients to have a clear understanding of our commission structure, and how to bring the highest number of qualified Buyers into substantive dialog. 

Presentation, and building the FORTRESS

There are options in how to optimally present your home, and we have a selection of Design Professionals that can provide competitive pricing on pre-sale improvements when needed / desired in addition to home staging and painting preparations. Additionally – we take special care to make sure you are clear on Disclosures, Pre-Sale Inspections, and other BEST PRACTICES so that qualified Buyers will be able to confidently write their Highest and BEST on both Price and Terms.
