As a loan officer, I cross paths with a lot of Realtors and get the opportunity to learn from direct interaction how they work. I also get a lot of insight indirectly by observing how the consumer who we're working together with to help buy a house remarks about them and their experience through the whole process. 

I recently got to work alongside Robert on behalf of buyers who had been in our preapproval process for a few years... searching on and off but engaged and navigating the market throughout. Needless to say, it can be exhausting for consumers when this process spans so much time. The reason I mention all of this is because these home buyers did not start their journey with Robert, but I saw the shift in their excitement when Robert entered the scene. His impact was significant. I got the message loud and clear from the buyers how appreciative they were at lengths he was going to plan and strategize for them. Real estate transactions are highly emotional, and this was at a time where market conditions were atypical - it takes immense leadership to build confidence in buyers. Especially in challenging markets. Especially when there's potential momentum the other way from the fatigue that happens when people are in a long shopping cycle. I'm impressed with his work, and look forward to working together again in the future!

PS - I do not know if Robert has voicemail... the man answers his phone so I never got to find out!!
